Air Travel

Friedman Memorial Airport, located in Hailey, Idaho, is just 20 minutes from the conference site. Nearby alternative airports include the Boise Airport, located about 3 hours from Sun Valley, or the Magic Valley Regional Airport in Twin Falls, Idaho, about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Sun Valley.

Ground Transportation

The Sun Valley Resort provides shuttle service to and from the Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey. Contact the concierge to make arrangements. If you are staying at a different hotel, please contact that hotel directly to inquire about shuttle service.

Daily shuttles from Boise to Sun Valley are available through the

Getting Around Sun Valley

Sun Valley is a small resort village. The conference site, accommodations and shops are all within easy walking distance. Take our convenient shuttle for the Wednesday and Thursday evening social hours and dinners.

If you’d like to explore further, the Mountain Rides system provides transportation throughout the Wood River Valley, including continuous round trips from the Sun Valley Village to Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain, Sun Valley’s renowned ski slopes. Mountain Rides also connects to downtown Ketchum, where you can find modern art galleries, boutiques and restaurants, all in a mountain town that hasn’t lost its Western charm. Downtown Ketchum is about one mile from the Sun Valley Village.
